You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Discord account credentials.
All activity conducted through your account or listed servers is your responsibility.

5. Server Listing Rules

When submitting a server to DiscordBee, you agree that:

The server complies with Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
No illegal, hateful, or sexually explicit content is promoted.
You have permission to list the server and represent it accurately.
Listing content (title, description, tags, images) must be truthful and not misleading.
Spam, keyword stuffing, or repeated listings will result in removal and possible ban.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to obtain source code from DiscordBee.
Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers/network connected to the service.
Use automated scripts to scrape or interact with DiscordBee without prior written consent.
Upload viruses or malicious code.
Harvest personal data of other users.

7. Intellectual Property

The DiscordBee name, logo, and website content are our property and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission.

8. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of content you submit (server descriptions, images, etc.) but grant DiscordBee a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote that content in connection with the service.

DiscordBee is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees regarding uptime, accuracy, or availability of listings.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DiscordBee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of your use of the service.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DiscordBee, its owners, and affiliates from any claims or damages arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.
